Some may say Baker’s Crust actually started in the 1940s, when Nick’s grandfather returned to Cyprus from the Second World War. During the time he served, he assisted an army chef in the kitchen learning and perfecting the art of making bread.
Nick’s grandfather passed down his love for baking to his father. Together, they ran a bakery in Cyprus and practiced the traditional artisan-style process. And it didn’t take long for the duo to become local baking heroes.
This passion and dedication now continues at Baker’s Crust.
With over 30 years experience, we’re as passionate about making bread as you are about eating it. This is why we still practice the old-style fermentation process.
All of our breads are hand-moulded and are packed with love and nutrients. We also tailor make rolls and loaves to meet special taste and dietary requirements. (Minimum orders apply.)
